Phase 01

Plan

This phase is all about getting your concept, vision, and mission locked in, and identifying startup costs. We'll cover your competitive analysis and target demographics, and determine revenue per hour, labor, rent, marketing, and administrative costs. This phase concludes with creating your forecast and budget.

Phase 02

Build

Things will start to take shape as you begin building your new business. We'll walk you through how to develop your business plan, as well as the loan application and process. From there, we'll move to hiring a commercial broker and lease negotiation, and help you navigate the complex processes of hiring an architect and general contractor, including construction oversight.

Phase 03

Launch

Nothing is overlooked in this phase. Our experts will help you with marketing, pre-launch planning and execution, systems (PMS, EMR, accounting software), equipment, human resources, operations, legal, regulatory use tax, vendor training, and staff orientation. We'll help you plan the perfect launch event.
